Hey everyone, im up this way for work, 260km east of Headland working on exploration lease for a major mining company, has anyone had any luck around this area or is there to much iron ore in the ground??
I think Sandy is asking 500k plus stock cost in store at time of purchase ie fuel and food in store. I think this is cheap as the block of land in town that is next to the roadhouse is vacant and is for sale for 500k plus with nothing on it..... So
Have heard that the Nullagine Roadhouse has sold again after the last owners (WDLAC) went broke. Apparently the pub owners have bought it, if the rumours are true.
