My neighbor is raising quail and piling the quail litter along his fence. The odor and oozing of said manure liquid into my yard is not pleasant! What can I suggest to help with the proper way to deal with his disposal needs? I don't know if he is

Does anyone know how many Napa (Chinese) cabbage I can plant per square? The book says to plant one cabbage per square foot. However, I was hoping that I could get 4 per square foot. Thanks.
My napa cabbage plants are growing nicely, but the leaves are riddled with holes from some little bug. Who's doing the eating, and how can I protect the plants without chemicals?
