There's no where between Rhyl and talacre where you can fish without casting, especially from low to high. Best place would be Rhyl harbour with fresh peeler crab 3hours either side of high as you would only need to cast a few yards or go a little further

Just wondering where you are allowed to fish around the harbour and how far up river (on either bank)you allowed to fish/is classed as public fishing?
