I've seen some videos of Ophir and it looks real purty, so I wouldn't mind going there but I'm not sure whether the access is four wheel drive only. I have a Honda CRV which regrettably is only AWD (and that's only on demand).
Took a drive to Ophir on the weekend, nice day , no rain , was great. didn't find much of interest except the usual array of bullets , shoe tacks and heaps of Hot Rocks varying in size from and egg to a watermelon. has anyone else had any success
hey all, just wondering if anyone can advise me on Ophir in NSW?. I have been through there once and looks the part, I have also heard of a few large nuggets coming out of there with metal detectors.. cheers Tim.
