How do I complete the Neptune quest?
This is the 10th week anniversary of my Neptune Quest. I have completely given up on this quest. Mist NEVER appears in the bathroom for me. This update is a GODSEND! I can just buy Prospero's Book and summon Mists! I'll summon them to ALL THE ROOMS!
Seriously 5 mins! no turtle and a 10% explorer friend. I paid with diamonds to summon the phemons. All 3 dropped 1st time! Wonder if if is something to do with the level I am at? I am fairly sure that most people get Neptune earlier?
