FX BUMPER, TO PR?!

Textured paint
Where can i get this from, all i can find is the stuff that is used for textured bumpers which is applied to plastic. I want a textured finish that i can overcoat with normal paint on my wheels
A-Pillar Texture
I added a single gauge pod to an extra A-pillar I have, and I'm wondering how I can get the same stock texture look where I sanded? First two pics are of the A-pillar w/single gauge pod, and the last two are of the texture I'm looking for.
