Hi since going to the gym ive lost a little weight and now my lid is a little lose. ive had it about a year and was told to wash the pads and that would plump them up ? Or can u get new pads that are a little thicker?

I bought my X a couple of months back, but still have an old 'regular' full face helmet, which is getting a bit old & smelly I want to replace it, but have never used a motorcross style helmet. Was thinking along the lines of something like this:
