When i put the food in for the bristlenose they dont eat it they just stay on the ornaments or gravel... i leave then for a few hours come back and the food is still there and i end up taking it out... should i take some ornaments out? and is it bette

slime/mould??
Just a quick question, I tried my bristle nose on some blanched zucchini which they took too quite well , Yet within a couple of hours the zuch had grown a semi-transparent coat of what looks like slime/mould, is this a bad thing and will it be harmful

Hi all Well this is new for me -I've never had clear slime before. I figure its probably bacterial. Is it caused by all the fresh food I'm feeding my 4 little fast-growing BNs? They're only in a little tank at the mo, its one of my hospital tanks -
