At what point should a person look at upgradeing to the 7/16 pushrods? Spring pressure and or RPM?

Okay, on a ford truck forum someone told me that a single pattern cam wasn't going to make my 460 happy. http://www.lunatipower.com/Product.aspx?id=2287&gid=245 What do you think? Its pretty radical if you ask me and my engine will probably love it.
For this year's Engine Masters I am building a small inch Boss 429 engine. About 430". I am wanting to buy a SCJ 4 bolt block or a Boss 9 block. I can sleeve it , but it needs to be 4.400 or smaller. It can have a cylinder cracked or caved in, etc.
