Moluccan Cockatoo

Whats the difference of a double and a triple red cockatoo cichlid?
Pretty much wat I really want to know bc I do want to get some but I see double and triple red but I never get a good answer on wats the difference. I do want the most vibrant one and I dont know which one lol
