A lovely elegant pitcher in pewter bought yesterday in charity shop - 9.5" high with mark to base BM Norway Pewter with duck logo - I feel its 50s to 70s but any information on the company or date welcomed, there are a few BM pieces on eBay but not much

The factory closed down in 1979 (burnt down?) and there is lots of information here, in Norwegian unfortunately, but there are some piccies http://museumsnett.no/dalmus/, click on Egersunds Fayancemuseum in the left hand menu.
This is obviously a very nice quality vase, the finish is lovely, but unfortunately I couldn't find out anything about this company online. If anyone else has any of their pieces or knows anything at all about Elle please could they post in this thread.
